I created this program because I saw something missing in the wellness space — individuality.
Too often, people are given one-size-fits-all plans that ignore the most important part of their journey: their story.
I’m here because I believe every person is unique , and so is the path that helps them grow. Your experiences, your mindset, your body, your lifestyle, these all shape how you move, how you eat, and how you thrive. I’m certified in both nutrition coaching and personal training, and everything I offer is grounded in evidence-based practice, no gimmicks, no guesswork.
